Return Policy If you’d wish to return an item to LynStoreUS, please follow the instructions below within 30 business days of delivery. We have 30 business days of the Return policy for our products. If you found any problem with the product in these 30 business days, please contact us at: [email protected].

We stand behind the quality of our products. We typically do not accept returns due to buyer’s errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

All products are customized based on customer’s demand so please check the size chart carefully before making a purchase, we can support exchange size or color but it will require handling and fulfillment fee, and the fee is based on the product’s option – this fee is only to run our system without profit, so we hope that you can understand this for us.

So check the size chart before ordering, you still can contact us within 12 hours after the order was made if you want to change any order’s information (for free), we will update so do it as soon as possible.

In other cases, we do not support return for any reason such as “no more interest” or “don’t like anymore”.

If 30 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 30 business days from when you received this item for any of the following reasons:

  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Your order contains damaged product(s)
  • Your order has a printing mistake
  • Part of your order is missing from the package
  • Please email us at [email protected], and provide a photo of the product you received along with detailed shots you wish to include. We need this information as proof to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. Any unauthorized returns or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

    Condition

    To receive a replacement, the product must be in good condition. No damage, unused and it must be in its original package.

    Shipping charges are not refundable.

    Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.

    Return process

    You have to send us an email that you want to exchange the product for some reason (mention the exact reason for exchange ) along you must submit proof that you purchase the product from us. Such as the receipt of buying the product.

    Restocking Fee

    We will not take any restocking fee during the return of the product.

    But customers have to pay the return cost to the logistics department.

    Exchanges (if applications)

    If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returning within 30 business days. Your exchange order will be processed immediately so you can get your new items ASAP!

    Missing refunds (If applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Cancellation

    If you want to cancel the order, please do contact [email protected] within 24 hours from the time your order is placed, our support member will help you ASAP. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t cancel your order.

    Warm Notes

    Before placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct address, accurate to the street and house number, so that you can accurately receive the package in time. If the delivery address is wrong and the delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will bear the corresponding loss.
